Project flow
1. Open a project
Define source, destination, and migration mode.
2. Configure source access
Use customer-owned Azure AD apps for Microsoft 365 or the equivalent provider setup.
3. Run scan
Verify mailbox reachability, folder counts, and size estimates before writes.
4. Review mappings
Accept automatic matches, override exceptions, or create missing targets.
5. Fund execution
Ensure the account has enough prepaid credits for the selected mailboxes.
6. Run migration
Launch dirs-only, full, or delta runs and follow mailbox-level progress.
